Incoming flight: Guests are greeted as they arrive in Israel just after passing through passport control by attendants. Provision information in accordance with the passenger’s request. Assistance in the signing of one’s Visa with the Ministry of Interior. Personal escort and assistance in case of missing luggage. Escorting of guests to their host or driver.
Outgoing flight: Arrival in passengers meeting area in terminal 3, escort by attendant and assistance with security check and check-in. |

| Smartrip Express

Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the Mosaic Gate before the entrance to the passport control hall. Escorting him through passport control, baggage claim procedure, claiming duty free items (if needed), and escorting the guest to the reception hall.
Outgoing flight: meeting the guest at the entrance to the departure hall at gate 32, escorting him through security procedure, check in – done at designated counters, through Buy & BY hall to hand bags security check and the passport control procedure. |

| Smartrip VIP

Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the exit of the jetway. Escorting him to the passport control hall in a VIP car, from that point the service continues as Smartrip Express.
Outgoing flight: in addition to the Smartrip Express the service includes escorting to the gate, through the duty free hall and a quick procedure at the gate. If needed the guest will be escorted to the VIP Lounge where he will be enjoying the service of the Lounge until his boarding time. At that time a representative will escort him to the gate. |

Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the exit of the jetway and taking him straight to “Masada” Lounge in terminal 1. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all incoming flight procedures.
Outgoing flight: meeting the guest at “Arbel” Lounge in terminal 3 / “Masada” Lounge in terminal 1. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all outgoing flight procedures: security check, passport control, flight c/I and so on. The service includes escort to the departure gate. |
